As proposed in the Annual Principals’ Conference-10, the various activities to be conducted in the next academic year are as follows:                                       

  1. Each school will send its team in all the Inter AECS Competitions. It has been agreed by AEES to organize the athletic events in four different categories under 14 boys, under 14 girls, under 19 boys and under 19 girls where the participation will be school wise. The Venues and proposed dates  as follows:

  1. Science and Social Science Exhibition

Venue – AECS – 4, Rawatbhata during last week of July.

  1. Science Quiz in Hindi

  1. Cultural Festival

The All India Inter AECS Cultural Festival will be conducted school-wise in group song, solo song, instrumental – solo, excluding percussion. The number of participants from each school will not be more than ten for each category, including children who play instruments.
