SCHOOL TIMINGS
The School timings of Atomic Energy Junior College are as s follows. The college has timings from 7.25 AM to 1.35 PM with a break of 25 minutes
duration from 9.30 AM to 9.55 AM and a short break from 11.40 AM to 11.45 AM.
The office timing for the students from 9.15 to 9.40 AM, 11.25 to 11.40 AM and 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM.
Every day consist of nine periods and each period of 35 minutes duration. The school works for six days per week except second saturday.

The college office has the timings from 8.00 AM to 3.00 PM
Rules and Regulations
UNIFORM
- BOYS: White shirt (Half sleeves, inserted), grey trousers, white socks and white canvas/black leather shoes and black belt.
- GIRLS: White salwar and grey kurta with chunni (Duppatta) white socks and white canvas/black leather shoes.
Note
- Whenever a student enters the college campus, he/she should be in full college uniform only.
- Woolen garments should be of navy blue colour only.
- Dress regulations of the college should be strictly observed
- A student failing to attend the college in the prescribed unifom WILL NOT be permitted to attend the classes and there is every possibility of losing his/her attendance on this score.
- Chappals and sandals are strictly prohibited.
- During monsoon (duration will be announced by the college authorities) rainy footwear allowed.
REGULATIONS FOR ATTENDANCE
A student must put in 75% of attendance in all subjects and cumulatively during each term. Also, he/she must satisfy the Principal in respect of her/his conduct. The Principal may cancel the admission if his/her conduct is not
satisfactory or if he/she is irregular at any time during the term. Period wise/session wise attendance is followed to curb the tendenencies relating to absenting or late reporting to the class without the permission of the competent
authority. A student not fulfilling this criteria may be debarred from appearing in the Board Examination.
COLLEGE TERMS
There will be two terms per academic year
- I Term : May to October
- II Term : November to April
Actual dates of commencement and close of said terms are declared by M.S.Board.
IDENTITY CARDS
Every student is expected to obtain an identy card from the college office. The identy card will be issued every year after students surrender the cards issued to them for the previous year. Students are required to carry their identy card when they are in the college campus and must produce it whenever called upton to do so by teh authorities. It is obligatory for students to return their identity cards to the college office when they cease to be students of the college. A student ceases to be on the rolls of the college only after issue of the T.C/SLC
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Conduct of the students in their classes as well as in the premises of the college shall be such as will cause no disturbance to fellow students, teachers or to other classes.
- Students must not loiter about or congregate in the college premises while the classes are in progress.
- Students shall do nothing either inside or outside the college premises while the classes are in progress.
- Students must take proper care of the College property and help in keeping premises neat and clean. Any damage done to the property of the college will have to be made good by the students concerned.
- Students should, in their own interest, read the notices including those containing the rules made by the college/ Board/Government placed on the notice boards from time to time.
- If the continuance of a student in the college is detrimental to the best interest or the discipline of the college, the Principal may direct such a student to leave the college. The decision of the college authorities shall be final and binding on the students concerned.
- Students joining the college are requested to abide by all the rules, regulations and instructions that may be issued by the college authorities from time to time and to submit the normal enforcement of the same to the satisfaction of the college authorities, whose decision in all matters shall be final and the same shall not be questioned on any ground.
- The application form for SYJC to the M.S.Board will not be forwarded in case of those students who do not satisfy the minimum attendance requirement as stated at para above.
